With the start of the 2025 summer program, the Urlaubs-Express will move to Munich. Car loading and passenger boarding and alighting will then take place at the newly built Munich South Terminal. From May 2025, all Urlaubs-Express journeys to Munich will therefore be operated to/from the new terminal. (more ...).

Good news for our environment. According to the evaluation of the occupancy figures for the car-carrying trains in 2022, around 14 million kilometres of road travel were saved. All passengers who have traveled stress-free to their vacation destination by motorail train have thus made a very great contribution to the preservation of our environment. The current figures suggest a similar result in the coming year 2025.
