We are looking for full-time, part-time, or mini-job employees to join our service team for the Urlaubs-Express trains at our Hamburg and Cologne locations, starting immediately.
- You are fluent in German and have a good command of, for example, English, French, or Italian.
- You enjoy working with people, are friendly, communicative, and service-oriented.
- You are physically fit enough to work in the railroad industry.
- You are ready to undergo the required medical examination for railway employment.
- You work with a high degree of diligence and are mindful of both costs and safety.
- You are reliable, flexible and a team player.
- You can solve difficult situations through commitment and creativity.
- You are ready for shift work with weekend work.
- Prior experience in railroad operations is helpful, but not required.
- Train attendants on the Urlaubs-Express trains in our sleeper and couchette cars
- Check-in for Our Passengers
- Assisting guests in the compartment
- On-site beverage and snack service
- Wake-up and Breakfast Service
- Preparing Guests for Dismemberment
- Control and enforcement of security measures on board
- Train preparation and logistics
- Full-time position with permanent contract
