The most important sight of Lörrach is the castle Rötteln in the district of Haagen. Those who wish to visit the castle can take advantage of a beautiful, though not easy, hiking trail through a protected landscape area. Once you reach the top, you feel like you’ve been transported back to the age of chivalry. But we’re talking about travel tips here, and that’s why we’re moving on to Lake Constance, the most beautiful lake in Germany. If you let your gaze wander from the north shore, you have the complete Alpine panorama in front of you. Whether you visit the world heritage site of Reichenau Island, Lindau or the most beautiful little town on Lake Constance – Meersburg – everywhere is special and everywhere the great lake is present. The clear air, the warm wind in summer, the fine wine on the terrace of a good hotel or the kiosk beer on a park bench in Constance. It is the lake that gives you such a beautiful, pleasantly melancholic feeling. UAnd this feeling can only be found here and nowhere else in the world.
