Zell am See – Kaprun
In winter, the mountain meadows around Zell am See-Kaprun are transformed into a playground for winter sports enthusiasts: 408 kilometres of perfectly groomed pistes await guests in one of Austria’s most beautiful ski areas, with the Ski ALPIN CARD included. The Kitzsteinhorn glacier opens its cable cars and lifts as early as October. Here you can enjoy a long ski season until early summer. The glacier ski area with perfect snow quality combines family-friendly descents, powder runs on five freeride lines, action in the five snow parks and skilful turns on wide pistes. As in summer, the Schmittenhöhe in Zell am See also scores with absolute versatility in winter: the panoramic and family ski area entices with pistes of all levels of difficulty, from family downhill to carving experiences. With the Ski ALPIN CARD you can also use the slopes in the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn: 270 kilometres of slopes provide daily variety during your skiing holiday in SalzburgerLand.
