Service staff (m/f/d) Sleeping and couchette car attendants (m/f/d)
For the Urlaubs-Express trains at our Hamburg and Cologne locations, we are looking to strengthen our service team with immediate effect on a full-time, part-time or mini-job basis.
Your tasks
- Train escort on the Urlaubs-Express trains in our sleeping and couchette cars. This includes checking in our passengers, looking after them in their compartments, at-seat service of drinks and snacks, wake-up calls, breakfast service, preparing guests for disembarkation.
- Control and enforcement of security measures on board
- Train preparation and logistics
Your qualities:
- You speak fluent German and have good knowledge of English, French or Italian, for example
- You like working with people, are friendly, communicative and service-oriented
- You are physically fit enough for a job in the railway sector
- You are willing to undergo the necessary railway medical examination
- You are particularly conscientious and aware of costs and safety. You are reliable, flexible and a team player. You can solve difficult situations through commitment and creativity.
- You are ready for shift work with weekend work.
- Previous experience in railway operations is advantageous, but not a prerequisite.
