Für unsere Zentrale in der Kölner Innenstadt (Nähe Hauptbahnhof) suchen wir ab sofort ServiceCenter Agents (m/w/d) in Vollzeit zur Betreuung unseres Endkundengeschäfts. Du verwaltest die Buchungsprozesse von der Anfrage und Beratung bis zum Ticketversand und der Erstellung der Passagier- und Ladepapiere. Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für den Kundenkontakt bei einem sehr individuell ausgestalteten und teilweise hochpreisigen Produkt mit anspruchsvoller Kundschaft. Du bist als freundliche Telefonstimme mit Empathie, Hilfsbereitschaft und Engagement eine Visitenkarte des Urlaubs-Express. In Zeiten geringerer Buchungsbelastung unterstützt Du den Bürobetrieb nach Maßgabe der Büroleitung am Standort Köln.
Your strengths:
You stand for a friendly, service-oriented approach in customer contact. You are able to communicate confidently in two languages (German/English), both written and spoken. You are willing to work in a company with seasonal peaks. A commercial education, basic knowledge of the tourism industry or experience in the hotel business are advantageous, but not a prerequisite. You have a good command of the usual Office applications and are willing to familiarise yourself with the in-house software solutions. Possible time pressure, quality and flexibility are not a contradiction for you.
We offer:
A permanent contract for 40 hours/week, standard vacation arrangements and above-average pay. Our daily working hours are from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., or alternately on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the high season. By arrangement, you can also work partly from your home office. As a member of the Train4you team, you can travel on our trains at heavily discounted rates. We offer applicants from outside the country a share of the travel costs by individual arrangement. You have the opportunity to drive the further development of this exciting and climate-friendly railway project in a collegial atmosphere of a constantly growing, young team.
